
The footsteps you see in the image do not go in only one direction. Whilst under attack from our demons, they lead to only one place, and that place is one of the worst imaginable. What our eyes see in relation to what’s in front of us is a vast ocean with no land in sight as negativity generates images of our phobias into form. Images are only reflections of our moods & feelings, whilst actions are the true depiction of any state of mind. It’s amazing how many thoughts we can conjure up even when we are in an empty space but the doing of these things are all that matters. Mindfulness helps us achieve this all conquering power by activating the neurons in our brains through the sensations in our body parts navigating us to a positive mindset rather than one generated by speculation & drama.

To experience mindfulness on a mega scale climb a mountain, spend time with your animals or play your favourite golf course. All of these activities create positive vibes, increasing awareness & allowing us to set the tone for our mood rather than the alternative.
